How do I qualify to be a HEMC member?
- Must be an active Employee, Annuitant, or Retiree
- Contractors are ineligible for membership.
- If anyone claims to be eligible and is not, their membership will be cancelled with no refund issued.
Can I be a member of multiple ExxonMobil clubs?
Yes! You’re welcome to join any or all of the different clubs, as long as you pay the dues for each. We work hard to negotiate and provide discounts to our club members, some of which are local to each area. Therefore, in order to get those local discounts you’ll need to be a member of that specific club.

When does my membership expire?
Memberships are renewed on a rolling basis every 12 months. Billing is automated process and you’ll receive multiple notices prior to the automated renewal. If you do not want to continue your membership, cancellation must be done prior to your renewal date.

How do I update my membership information? (address, phone number, email)
Please click on ‘My Account‘ in the top menu bar to update your HEMC Member profile.
How do I change my password?
Please click on ‘My Account‘ in the top menu bar, from there scroll down to the bottom of the page to reset your password. You can also reset your password from the login page.
How do I update my information if I am currently an employee and become a retiree / annuitant?
Please click on ‘My Account‘ in the top menu bar, from there you can visit the ‘Subscription’ tab and change your membership type before renewal.
How do I change my dependent status/number?
Please click on ‘My Account‘ in the top menu bar and update your dependent number. Please make sure to include yourself in the count.
Can I pay for my membership by check?
If you like to pay via check, please contact us and select ‘Membership Questions’ so we can share proper details on where to mail your check.
